We are now located at 33 stiles Court Southwest Cartersville Georgia 30120 at least that is where our office is all of our technicians are staggered throughout the area we only have about a 20 to 30 minute turn around time to get to anyone at just about any location. One thing that we can promise is if we give you a lead time it will be accurate we will not tell you 15 minutes and then have you wait an hour we will not lie to try to get someone’s business. And although we do not have a freestanding shop anymore we can still service everywhere between Dalton and North Atlanta and between Rome and Canton. So we have a very large coverage area.

When it comes to contacting us that’s pretty easy. I’ve been told that we answer the phone when no one else does. In our business availability is dire. When it comes to a commercial business that can’t lock their doors for the night, there’s no waiting for tomorrow for that kind of job.

Our turnaround time after contacting us will always be an honest estimate. We’re not one of those companies that say we’ll be there in 20 minutes let me know it’s going to be more like 45. We don’t want to do business with you just one time we want your business for years and years to come.
