New businesses have so much to think about these days with fire code compliance, and American Disabilities Act compliance. Commercial businesses have to make sure if there’s a fire their employees and customers can get out of their building when it’s pitch Black.

Making sure that products can’t just walk out the door

By placing detox alarm boxes on each of their outside doors this company can prevent the products from disappearing off the shelves and somehow finding their way on Facebook garage sale.

According to fire code regulation all doors must be easily aggressible even if they have an alarm on them this bar provides a solution for both we can install them for you anytime.

After years of these doors swinging they had begun to sag in the middle so the doors were making contact with each other making it impossible for them to close without a heck of a lot of assistance. So we installed two half surface continuous hinges freeing up 1/8 of an inch between the two of them. Now they close very cleanly.

The door below is a door that we replaced on a old building that had been converted into lofts. The company had done a wonderful job it was sincerely a beautiful project and now they have doors that are going to last another 20 years.

The door below was a 48-in door and after the years had turned into quite a steel curtain it had no rigidity to it whatsoever. No matter what lock you were to put on this door at this point the door was just simply not strong enough to secure the opening so we replaced it and installed a full surface continuous hinge and a new panic bar the customer was extremely happy.

When it comes time for this building to be fire inspected there will now be doors that are rigid enough to keep fire from moving from one area of the building to the next and they are also now American disabilities act compliant.
